Cast Iron Grill

Some of use were quite disappointed that what we wanted off the menu had &#39;run out/none left&#39;.  As a group/family of health professionals working weekends and shifts we rarely get together for Sunday lunch/dinner etc. It didn&#39;t seem right when we had booked well in advance. Perhaps we could order ahead if we were to come again?  Thanks.
